No. Trusty runs NO credit check of any kind. Nothing is searched, nothing is recorded on your credit file. 100% acceptance is guaranteed.
Can I get a TV on benefits?+
Yes. Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, JSA and State Pension are all accepted forms of income.
Do I need a guarantor?+
No. Every application is judged in your own name — no guarantor, no co-signer, no third-party checks.
Is there a deposit?+
No deposit is required for standard approvals. Your first flexible payment begins the week after delivery.
How fast is delivery?+
UK-wide delivery is free and arrives within 10 working days of approval, often sooner.
What if I've been declined elsewhere?+
We specialise in customers turned down by high-street finance. Because Trusty doesn't credit check, defaults and CCJs are irrelevant — 100% accepted.
Is it rent or buy?+
You own the TV outright at the end of your Trusty term. It is not rental and there is no contract lock-in.
What's the APR?+
Trusty is 0% APR — you pay only the price of the TV, split into flexible instalments.
